 I’ve had the privilege of buying paint from the Benjamin Moore Pinnacle South store various times now and it’s been an excellent customer experience each time. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner Danny goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and quality control. Highly recommend! 

 The level of service is exceptional. I had issues with my roller unknowingly and the paint looked wet even a week later. Not only did the owner, Danny, come and site visit to diagnose the problem, he fixed my wall! Word to the wise, but the better roller covers and buy from Benjamin Moore. Their paint is high quality and the service is excellent. First time customer here and now a customer for life. 

 Amazing experience working with Danny. He gave great suggestions and was very helpful. Recommend to anyone looking for painting needs. 

 As a young company just starting out in the painting world I couldn't be more grateful we were connected with Pinnacle north/south locations and owner Danny. The staff here are insanely friendly, the product is top notch (we have tried every competitive brand prior to finding benjamin moore) and Danny, the owner has been our saving grace. He has gone ABOVE and Beyond for us, from driving our paint out to our site to taking calls many times a day giving us advice, he is so so knowledgeable and you can tell he cares. I believe he also owns the Sherwood park location, we haven't been out there yet but I can imagine it's just as great. Highly highly recommend bringing your business here. 👌 

  This is my very first google review and I must say - Danny the owner deserves it! Not only did he come to our house to help with paint colors but he consistently followed up and made sure we had no more questions. Talk about true CUSTOMER SERVICE! Danny and his team (Michael who is also super helpful and knows his paints) deserve "+5" stars...Benjamin Moore should feel honored for these guys to represent its brand.

  I would recommend this store to my friends, family, and everyone who is thinking about doing a home renovation. When I started painting my living room two months ago, I went to this store and got some paint and tools. Because I had no experience with painting, I couldn’t achieve the result I had on mind. I was worried not being to finish my project on time and phoned the store to see what the problem was. I got help immediately. The owner was quite concerned based on my description over the phone and came on site to troubleshoot for me right away. After the investigation, we figured out the paint had no problem. The owner spent several hours patiently demonstrating for me the right techniques of cutting and rolling out paint. He even finished painting a whole wall for me!! At the end of the day, my living room was completely transformed, and I was very impressed with the quality of the paint and the work. On top of that, I learned how to paint! In the following 2 months, I followed his instruction and gradually finished painting my kitchen, home office, as well as bedroom, a different color for each room. I was very satisfied with the results. The colors are rich, true to the chips and the consistency was excellent, making Benjamin Moore as my favorite paint now. Everyone in that store knows well about their products and they do care about their customers. I just want to give a shout to Benjamin Moore’s Sherwood Park location owner and staff, “you guys are the best!” I will definitely purchase again.

    Danny and his staff are absolutely amazing! Danny has helped us through a very trying time with a paint job and went over and beyond just talking to us about it. He came out to our home, took a look, listened to our story, and promptly came up with a recommendation to fix it. He has also helped us contact reputable tradesman and contractors to help us "fix" a renovation gone bad. We had used this store many times before and always found it to be one of the best. Now, we can only say it is THE BEST! For all your painting needs and helpful hints, this is the place to go in the Castle Downs/Namao neighbourhood.

Amazing. I went into the store with 4 kids under 7. The owner, Danny, was there and could see I was exhausted and stressing out. I had to choose a colour that day for the contractor. Danny let my children eat at the table and didn't mind that some lettuce got onto the floor. There was a playroom with toys which was amazing. He didn't even mind that the kids helped themselves to some paint cards for their game. He helped me narrow down my colour choices. I had 3 to choose from and was getting visibly overwhelmed. He basically chose the colour for me, stating all the qualities of one particular colour and calmly and politely spoke to my children and myself, rang up the order, and walked the paint to my van in the rain. Exceptional customer service. The kind you rarely see anymore. We LOVE the colour! We'll be using this store for the rest of our home (upstairs and basement) and strongly recommend everyone to check them out. Outstanding!
